2. Service Nature: Our services are digital in nature. Once a business listing or advertisement is activated, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or canceled.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are allowed only before the listing or service goes live.
- Once the listing is active, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Subscription renewals can be canceled by contacting support at least 7 days before the renewal date.
4. Refund Policy:
- Refunds are applicable only for duplicate payments or technical errors.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds are provided once the service has been delivered or the listing is live.

6. Payment Gateway:
All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
